
Q Do you offer day passes?
A - The admission price is for all three days, there are no day passes.
Q Can I pay at the show?
A - Yes, you can pay at the show but it will cost you more, as we prefer to know who's coming in advance - this to ensure we don't run out of anything!
Q What happens if I can't attend the show?
A - If you book and your plans change you have several options. You can substitute another attendee to take your place. You may cancel your registration with a full refund less 25% administration charge, providing we have received written notification by 10th March. Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full amount.
Q Will you be mailing me my badge or do I pick it up at the show?
A - Badges will NOT be mailed. Please pick up your badge, security tag and bag at the Pre-Registration counter on show site.
